PROMPT ACTION BY RAILWAY OFFICIALS.
Prompt action by the night officer at Kabra (Mr F. Coker), assisted by the driver, fireman, and guard, prevented the spreading of a fire which occurred in one of the trucks (loaded with cotton) attached to a mixed goods train at Kabra on Saturday night. Only slight damage was caused to the cotton.
