As per probate entry on will <hr> . This is the last will and testament of me Elwin Clyde Nunn of 2 Tamara Court, Berriedale in Tasmania 1. I revoke all prior wills and testamentary writings heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. 2. I appoint John Thomas Turner and Eileen Joyce Nunn to be executors and trustees hereof and I direct that any trustee of this my will being a solicitor shall be entitled to charge and be paid for all work done by him in the proof of my will and the administration of my estate. 3. I give devise and bequeath my entire estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my trustees upon trust (after payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and all probate and succession duty federal or state payable upon any part of parts of my estate) to sell call inn or convert the same into money (with power for my trustees to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for such period as they shall deem expedient) and to hold the proceeds thereof for my wife absolutely provided that my said wife shall survive me for a period of one month after my death. 4. In the event that my wife fails to attain a vested interest under my will I appoint John Bruce Piggott and John Thomas Turner to be executors and trustees hereof and I give devise and bequeath my entire estate of whatsovever nature and wheresoever situate unto my trustees upon trust (after payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and all probate and succession duty federal or state payable upon any part or parts of my estate) to sell call in or convert the same into money (with power for my trustees to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for such period as they shall deem expedient) and to hold the balance thereof upon trust for all the brothers and sisters of my wife and myself who shall be living at the time of my death and if more than one in equal shares it witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of November 1968.
